After the storm.. The beach is lovely and

though somewhat quiet we still have the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Though

some trees down in select neighborhoods… the islanders are strong and note the

Mucky Duck, Lazy Flamingo and Baileys are “ good to go” open for business.

Both categories still down from peak of 2006

Rental income up.

More owners moving into their rental condos decreasing rental options, boosting rental income on resort style condos.

Reduced “ for sale “  inventory continues.
