Multiple Listing Service - As standard
procedure, we immediately enter your property in to the Sanibel /
Captiva Multiple Listing Service. This gives properties exposure to
all Sanibel Real Estate offices and over 200 agents on Sanibel and
Captiva. We also add listings to the Realtor’s Mail as a featured
property which brings your property to the attention of all
Realtors, instantly, and will be featured for an entire week.
Newsletter - Glenn Carretta with Team Sanibel creates a monthly
newsletter, “Glenn’s Real Estate News”, which contains up to date
information on Sanibel and Captiva’s real estate, including hot buys
and pictures, construction, local government activity and general
news. This is sent out to nearly 2000 subscribers with fantastic
feedback.
E-mail - We are very excited about this new means to communicate
with clients and potential buyers. Our e-mail address: glennc@coconet.com
has proven to be a valuable tool and traffic is increasing daily. It
has also allowed us to keep potential buyers up to the minute
updated with Daily e-mail of new listings. This has been a fantastic
tool for people considering purchasing within the next 6 months.
Follow Through - The sale or purchase of your property is very
important, and without proper follow through, many deals fall apart.
The ability to deal with Title Insurance Companies, Surveyors,
Appraisers, Mortgage Brokers, Lending Institutions and other
REALTORS is key to bringing a sale to a closing. Not only with
Glenn’s 26 year local real estate experience do we make this a
smooth process but we have our own closing coordinator for only Team
Sanibel’s deals whose job is to coordinate the process and protect
our clients from disappointing surprises.
Property Valuations and Research - Proper techniques are a must
in this process. As island Specialist, our duty is to combine hard
facts such as past sales, current active listings and market
conditions, then utilize our knowledge of buyers/sellers attitudes
and preference to estimate asking and/or sale price. Our goal is to
try to set realistic values of our listings. Our truthful and
straight forward approach allows us to effect a sale and the best
price possible.
Knowledge - We can’t emphasize how important it is to have the

advertise in the local newspapers and publications, we also create a
custom designed color brochure on each property and have it well
featured in our office and a copy is given to the top Realtors on
the Island. Just listed postcards of each of our new listings is
sent out to the property’s subdivision as well as potential buyer’s
subdivisions.
Communications - We have it covered! 24-hour answering service,
2 toll free 800 numbers, direct phone lines into Team Sanibel’s
office and voice mail that pages Glenn as soon as a message is left
7-days a week. Our fax machine and computers are on designated lines
which eliminates “busy signals”.

placing them on the JNA web site and other major Real Estate sites,
but, by also giving them multiple pictures and virtual tours on
